Trainer
Salary: £30,322 FTE (pro rata)
Hours: 7.5 to 37.5 hours per week (negotiable)
Location: Worcester based, with travel across Herefordshire and Worcestershire with some home working
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Trainer to join our Early Intervention and Prevention Team. This role will help develop and deliver high-quality practitioner training relating to sexual violence and abuse. Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you will contribute to the continued development of WMRSASC’s training offer through the design and delivery of engaging learning opportunities for professionals and partner organisations.

Counselling Navigator Assistant
Salary: £21,120 (pro rata £26,400 FTE)
Hours: 30 hours per week, permanent
Location: Worcester
We are seeking to appoint a Counselling Navigator Assistant, the vital link that helps survivors of sexual violence access life-changing support. You will be the compassionate first point of contact, guiding people through their journey to recovery.
As our Counselling Navigator Assistant, you will play a crucial part in ensuring individuals can access support in a timely, professional and compassionate way. Working within a dedicated and supportive team, you will be responsible for the smooth administration that makes our counselling service possible.
